FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport. Caterpillar propulsor consists of frame, tracks of caterpillar propulsor, shaped wheels with teeth, of electric motor, of reduction gear, of driving and driven profiled wheels with teeth, of hinge, hydraulic thrust, winch rod, fixing stop, electric cable. Frame is attached to hydraulic stop via hinge. On the frame there fixed is the electric motor transmitting the tie-rod through the reduction gear to the driving profiled wheel with teeth, which by means of chain transmission transmits traction force to driven profiled wheel with teeth, rigidly fixed with shaped wheel with caterpillar propulsor frame teeth. Electric motor is fed via electric cable.
EFFECT: enabling increase in vehicle flotation ability.
