SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Disclosed is a method for disaggregating a culture fluid of bifidobacteria in an electromagnetic apparatus with a flat two-way inductor by exposing ferromagnetic bodies with diameter of 0.15 mm for 3–5 minutes.
EFFECT: invention provides higher concentration of microbial cells in growth medium and higher survival rate of bacteria during short-term intermediate storage of culture fluid.
