System of personal data personalization and migration of personal data allows depersonalisation of personal data (PD) and their migration into a secured database (DB) with further provision of access to information system and consists of a migration module of the PD for migrating the PD from the information system to the secured database, a depersonalization module in which depersonalization is performed and possibly selective encryption of personal data, a variable adapter for interacting with the database of the website and the secured database.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of protection of personal data of users on websites.
