FIELD: thermal control system.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermal control systems (TCS) of uninhabited compartments, particularly space engineering facilities. Unsealed plug (8) is installed in assembly in tight compartment (1) on union of gas cavity of compensator of volume (6) of liquid circuit (7). Low-pressure cavity of pressure indicator (3) controlling the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of pump (2) instead of entering the pump is communicated with the gas volume of compartment (1). After final assembly of circuit (7), which includes known elements of TCS, liquid system is filled. After evacuation, the circuit is filled with heat carrier till complete filling of volume compensator (6), from which the dosed volume of the heat carrier is drained to compensate for possible increase of its volume. Then compartment (1) is pressurized, creating through plug (8) equal pressure in gas volume of this compartment and liquid system.
EFFECT: technical result is aimed at improvement of operating reliability of TCS (its long-term tightness) by unloading connections of hydraulic main line of system from pressure drop with gas medium of sealed compartment.
