FIELD: solar engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solar engineering, in particular to solar power modules for producing electricity and heat. In hybrid photovoltaic module containing protective glass coating, connected solar cells arranged between glass and housing with heat exchanger, solar cells are electrically insulated from heat exchanger, space between solar cells and heat exchanger, as well as between glass coating and heat exchanger is filled with 0.5–2 mm thick layer of siloxane gel, heat exchanger is made in form of sealed chamber with absorber from anodized aluminum and channels for heat carrier circulation, made of cellular polycarbonate, and total area of connected solar cells is commensurable with area of upper base of heat exchanger housing.
EFFECT: use of the invention increases efficiency of conversion of solar energy, reduces heat losses in the lower part of the module, increases average annual production of heat energy, reduces its cost and reduces weight of the module.
