MOLECULARLY IMPRINTED POLYMER FOR SELECTIVE CAPTURE OF ODOROUS SUBSTANCES MOLECULES Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61K8/81 A61Q15/00

Abstract RU 2731379 C2

FIELD: chemical or physical processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of producing molecularly imprinted polymer(s) or MIP molecules (odorant molecules) by polymerising a mixture: i) one or more polymerisation initiators (s) of formula (A): (A), as well as their optical and geometrical isomers and their salts with acids; wherein in formula (A): R1, R2, R3 and R4 denote a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group; x and y are 1; EA and EA' are CN; ii) one or more functional monomers (s) selected from: functional monomers of formula (C1) below: , as well as their optical or geometrical isomers, and their salts of organic or mineral acids or bases, as well as solvates; wherein in formula (C1): p equals 0; R6 denotes a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group; R'6 denotes a group selected from -C(X1)-X2-Alk-N(H)-Rd, where Alk denotes a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkylene group, and Rd denotes a hydrogen atom; and X1 and X2 are oxygen; and functional monomers of formula (C2) below: PM-(A2)p-(B’)q-G, as well as their optical or geometrical isomers, and their salts of organic or mineral acids or bases, as well as solvates; wherein in said formula (C2): PM denotes a polymerizable part PM1: PM1, A2 denotes -CH2- group, and in this case p equals 1; B' denotes group X1 which is oxygen, in which case q equals 1; R6 denotes a hydrogen atom or a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group; G represents a neutral or acidic group selected from i) amino N (R'')2, wherein R'' represents a hydrogen atom, and v) (G3): , wherein R7 represents a hydrogen atom; X1 and X2 denote oxygen; iii) one or more crosslinking agents of formula (C4) below: (C4), wherein in formula (C4): R8 denotes a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group; X1 and X2 denote an oxygen atom; W denotes a linear or branched trivalent (C1-C8) alkyl group; w equals 2; and iv) one or more pore-forming solvent (s) selected from C1-C8 alcohols; in the presence of v) one or more molecules (molecules) of a odorous substance selected from: conjugated amino acids of formula (T4) below: , wherein in formula (T4): R23 denotes -X2-C(X1)-R25, where X1 is oxygen, X2 is N (R"), where R" is a hydrogen atom, and R25 is a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkyl group; and R24 denotes -C(X1)-X2-R25, where X1 is oxygen, X2 is N(R"), where R" is a hydrogen atom, and R25 is a hydrogen atom; ALK denotes a linear or branched (C1-C8) alkylene group substituted with a group -C(X1)-X2-R25, where X1 and X2 are oxygen, and R25 is a hydrogen atom, also relates to a molecularly imprinted polymer, or MIP, fragrant substance molecules, also relates to a cosmetic composition, containing one or more molecularly imprinted polymer(s), also relates to a cosmetic method of treating body keratin materials and/or a molecule(s) responsible for odors, and also relates to the cosmetic use of one or more molecularly imprinted polymer(s) or MIP, as a deodorant for trapping a molecule (molecules) of a odorous substance or a means for selectively trapping a molecule (molecules) of a fragrant substance of a human body and/or molecules (molecules), responsible for human body odor on the surface of keratin materials.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain deodorant/antiperspirant products for concealing skin disorders almost immediately and/or noticeable for use in the consumer, which practically do not leave stains or which are even free from visible stains on clothes, which is in contact with skin.
