SUBSTANCE: present invention is aimed at suppression of liquid vapors to reduce volumetric liquid evaporation. According to the method, a sprayed liquid surfactant composition having a size of nano-sized drops of a liquid surfactant in the range of about one micelle to nearly 500 nm is provided. Sprayed composition is deposited on surface of volumetric liquid with formation of self-assembling layer on it, thus reducing evaporation of volumetric liquid. Composition of liquid surfactant has bulk density greater than volumetric density of bulk liquid.
EFFECT: reduced volumetric fluid evaporation rate.
