FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of oil and gas wells, in particular to polyfunctional reagents for treatment of fresh, and mineralized drilling mud on clay and polymer emulsion base, which can be used in wells of all directions of drilling in overproductive and productive formations with susceptible to scales, swelling, dispersing and with high zenith angles of occurrence of clay-containing rocks. Reagent for treatment of flushing fluids used in well drilling includes, wt. %: active base 20–40; complex solvent 60–80. Active base is a product of the following ingredients interaction, wt. %: oxidised triglycerides of fatty acids, fatty acids or their mixtures 35–50; glycerophosphatides of vegetable oils 8–15; boric acid 4–7; aminoalcohols or mixtures thereof 30–50. Complex solvent is a mixture containing, wt. % of the weight of the reagent for treatment: kerosene-diesel fraction 50–70; flotation agent oxal T-92 2–5; alcohols C1-C3 or mixtures thereof 5–10; water 3–6.
EFFECT: technical result is improved performance of water-repellent, antifriction, anti-gripping properties of flushing fluids while maintaining other process parameters.
