FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering. Radio system contains a GPTRS including at least four ordered numbered points. Each point comprises a transmitting antenna device (TAD) connected to a transmitting device (TD) configured to generate and transmit a radio signals with given individual features. Coordinates of phase centers (PC) of antennae of TAD of points are known at RO. GPTRS includes a control ground-based radio engineering station (CGRES) containing an TAD functionally connected to a TD. CGRES comprises either a receiving antenna module (RAM) connected to the TAD, or a stationary receiving antenna connected to the TD. CGRES has a measurement-information subsystem (MIS). Each point is equipped with an information system (IS) configured to use the obtained information for frequency adjustment at each point.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling determination of coordinates with a small number of measured parameters without using additional information on the location of the radiotechnical object (RO) and no requirement for a single time system on the RO and ground-based point-to-point transmitting radio signals (r/s) system (GPTRS).
