SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating mastitis in bovine animals by administering a drug into a mastitis of the udder affected with mastitis. Thrombocyte autoplasma preparation is performed. That is ensured by blood sampling in 4 test tubes of 9 ml. Further, produced blood is centrifuged. As a result, centrifugation is performed in amount of 16 ml of thrombocyte autoplasma. Then produced thrombocyte autoplasma is mixed with ointment base in ratio 1:3. After that, the obtained composition is introduced by means of the cannula of the syringe into the udder nail affected by mastitis 1–2 times a day after milking in volume of 5 ml for 3–10 days.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of avoiding antibiotic therapy and effective inhibition of bacterial and fungal growth in udder teats in cows due to introduction of platelet autoplasma into udder affected with mastitis.
