SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary science and concerns a method for complex treatment of injuries of ligaments and tendons in horses, including subcutaneous introduction of thrombocyte autoplasma (TAP), wherein on the first day of the injury, a compress of dimexide with water is applied to the affected area and left at night, next day TAP introduction of a ligament of a ligament or tendons under the control of an ultrasonography in an amount required before the defect is filled, then additionally introduced TAP subcutaneously, wherein the rate of administration is 2 to 5 times with subsequent ultrasonic control.

EFFECT: invention provides reduced length of treatment and rehabilitation, as well as early activation of a horse and formation of healthy tendon tissue without a scar by an integrated approach to treatment.
