FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electric engineering, in particular, to static reversible converters performing the function of uninterruptible power supply sources. When the main power source (three-phase AC generator) is out of operation, AC and DC consumers are powered by conversion of DC power stored in the accumulator battery into three-phase alternating current (inverter mode of the reversible converter). During normal operation of the main alternating current network, the reversible converter charges and recharges the storage battery (reversible converter charging mode), as well as supply of DC consumers by rectification of main circuit voltage (rectifier mode of reversible converter).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of weight and size parameters of reversible converter, in unification of single-phase high-frequency inverters of reversible converter and reduction of losses for switching.
