FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: electric generating plant has thermal engines 1 and 2 connected by means of decouplers 3 and 4 with synchronous generators 5 and 6 which are provided with frequency and phase sensors 7 and 8 and are connected to distributing busbars 9. Wind generators 12 and 13 are provided with frequency and phase sensors 14 and 15 and are connected to inputs (outputs) of controllable rectifiers (driven inverters) 16-19 between which storage batteries 20 and 21 with automatic charging devices 22 and 23 are connected. Inputs (outputs) of controllable rectifiers (driven inverters) 16-19 are also connected with stator windings of synchronous generators 5 and 6, distributing busbars 9 and stator windings of synchronous propulsion motors 24 and 25 which are provided with frequency and phase sensors 26 and 27. Connected to inputs of multiposition switches 29 and 30 are frequency and phase sensors 7, 8, 14, 15, 26 and 27 of synchronous generators 5 and 6, wind generators 12 and 13 and propulsion motors 24 and 25 respectively; outputs of multiposition switches 29 and 30 are connected to control units of controllable rectifiers (driven inverters) 16-19.
