SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cosmetology, namely to a preparation and method for strengthening and stimulating hair growth, preventing hair loss. Disclosed is a preparation for strengthening and stimulating hair growth, consisting of a mixture of sunflower oil, olive oil, vitamin C, soy isoflavones, dehydroquercetin, capsaicin with following ratio of components, wt%: sunflower oil 0.35–0.37; olive oil 0.28–0.30; vitamin C 0.16–0.20; soya isoflavones 0.10–0.11; dehydroquercetin 0.06–0.07; capsaicin 0.2–0.3. Method for using the preparation for hair growth stimulation and stimulation involves applying the preparation once a day on a balding skin area, with exposure of 15 minutes under a food film to be fixed under the dressing.

EFFECT: possibility to bring hair loss to normal or completely stop it as compared to known preparations and without side effects; claimed preparation reliably prevents hair loss and can be successfully used in cosmetology for any hair types: fatty, normal and dry.
