FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of energy-efficient and environmentally safe buildings, and in particular, to automatic control of heat-shielding properties of a protective shell of a building. Energy-saving wall with controlled heat-shielding properties, comprising an inner air layer and an effective insulation layer, for example from mineral wool, adjacent to the protective outer layer of the wall, wherein air interlayer contains natural or artificial lint at 1.2–3.6 kg per 1 m3 of air layer volume and has in bottom part perforated pipeline connected to device arranged on inner wall edge for heating and supply of air from rooms into air layer at rate of 0.01–0.08 m/s.
EFFECT: reduced costs for provision of required air exchange in rooms during cold period of time.
