FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: device relates to construction field and particularly to external walling structures. It incorporates heat-insulating course consisting of following components successively located on internal side of walling structure: layer of porous heat-conserving material, vapor-impermeable heat-reflecting screen, and air interlayer located between heat-reflecting screen and facing of walling structure. Entire thickness of walling structure is determined from following relation: δ = Aλ, where δ - - thickness of air interlayer, m; A - coefficient of thermal resistance of heat-insulating course m2° C/W; A = (0.1:1.0) m2° C/W; λ - coefficient of thermal conductivity of material in porous heat-conserving layer, W/m C. Additional vapor-impermeable heat-reflecting screen can be installed between internal side of walling structure and layer of porous heat-conserving material. Porosity of porous heat-conserving material is not less than 90%. Vapor-impermeable heat-reflecting screen ensures reflection of radiant heat in amount of at least 80%. Application of aforesaid embodiment of heat-insulating device substantially improves heat-protection properties of walling structures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 1 dwg
