FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of protecting road surfaces from climatic and technological effects and can be used in construction and repair of road pavements of various types. Method of producing mineral-organic composite consists in the fact that sulfur-bitumen binder containing, wt %: bitumen 50–80, technical sulfur 20–50, is loaded into a reactor, heated to 140 °C, sulfur-bitumen binder makes 45–55 wt % mineral-organic composite, after which the mixer is turned on and, with constant stirring, a KAP adhesive additive of 1.5–4 wt % is added to the reactor, further mixing for 10–15 minutes, then heated, uniformly mixed mineral-organic composite metering pump is fed to input of colloid mill, to which a curing modifier acetone—4–6 wt % is pre-mixed in the declared ratio by dosing pump from the supply bunker. and solvent—aromatic hydrocarbons or their mixtures—balance up to 100 %. Mineral-organic composite for protection of road surfaces, containing, wt %: said sulfur bitumen binder 45–55, adhesive additive KAP 1.5–4, hardening modifier acetone 4–6, solvent—aromatic hydrocarbons or their mixture—the rest. Invention is developed in subclaims.

EFFECT: technical result is improved performance of composite for protecting road surfaces in a wide range of climatic and industrial impacts.
