FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation, in particular, to reservoirs for liquids. Claimed task is achieved by the fact that cylindrical steel tank installed on foundation contains housing wall, bottom with slope from centre to periphery, roof, pontoon with sealing gate, receiver dispensing tubes, inlet branch pipe, which is two pipelines, located at angle of 120 degrees to each other and hermetically welded into one hole, and outlet pipe installed on diametrically opposite side of tank housing wall, wherein shutoff valves are fitted on said branch pipes while flow direction of fluid flow through inlet branch pipes takes place in turn by opening shutoff valves. In bottom cone vertex there is dielectric pipeline, on outer surface of which there is device for non-contact determination of substance flow homogeneity consisting of semi-cylindrical metal electrodes installed on outer surface of pipeline, a bridge capacitance meter connected by two diode circuits to a generator, which is a power supply, wherein the output of the latter is connected to the signal recorder, constant readings of which indicates homogeneity of the flow of the substance, change in the readings of the recorder shows an inhomogeneity of the flow passing at a given moment past the half-split cylindrical metal electrodes, and shutoff and opening of shutoff valves, is based on readings device for non-contact determination of uniformity of flow of substance.

EFFECT: task to solve by proposed invention consists in creation of reservoir design, allowing to control parameters of drained liquid.
