SUBSTANCE: system relates to the field of information technologies, in particular to information systems for control of military-building complex. System comprises a subsystem for selecting data and constructing user reports; administration and individual settings subsystem, consisting of sequentially linked working indicators lists setting unit, a unit for generating calculated parameters, a unit for managing stored reports; intermodular interaction subsystem consisting of series-connected extended data selection unit, simulation and prediction unit, a correlation-regression analysis unit; data display and presentation unit; control subsystem consisting of serially connected unit for receiving data of video cameras, unit for acquiring data of noise sensors, a unit for monitoring dynamic characteristics of a construction site, a unit for monitoring change in geometric parameters of objects, a unit for monitoring noise level at a construction site, a unit for calculating working hours; a subsystem for analyzing the implementation of government contracts, consisting of interconnected sequentially an analysis unit for implementing budget funds, a unit for analyzing options for implementing investment construction projects, unit for analyzing performance of terms of work under government contracts, a unit for prioritizing implementation of investment and construction projects, unit for generating trends for implementing investment and construction projects; unit for receiving information of remote clients associated with each of subsystems and a unit for displaying and providing data.
EFFECT: faster operation, reliability, accuracy and efficiency of monitoring the functioning of a military-construction complex.
