SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of separating fibers using a container with a predetermined filled volume, a vacuum pump which is connected through a vacuum line and a valve, ventilation line with through hole with specified cross-section and at least one valve. Valve can switch from closed position to open position during the time interval from 19 ms to 41 ms and from an open position to a closed position during a time interval of 20 ms to 45 ms. Method includes at least steps of filling container with a given amount of water and at least one fibrous composite material, sealing container in a sealed manner, mixing water with fibrous composite material using mechanical energy, in particular, by mixing, transmitting kinetic energy to the fibrous composite material by reducing pressure inside container to −700 hPa to −950 hPa and balancing pressure inside container, to create cavitation in fibrous composite material.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of separating fibers.
