FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite structure. Technical result is achieved by a method of manufacturing a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite structure comprising placing the first layer of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material on a second layer of a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material, local introduction of the energy of ultrasonic waves for the implementation of the ultrasonic combination of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material. Between the first layer of thermoplastic material, on the one hand, and the source of ultrasonic waves, on the other hand, relative movement is carried out, and the introduction of ultrasonic energy is carried out in the part located near the point at which the first layer of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic material is placed on the second layer. In the second layer, a cavity is formed, corresponding to the established configuration of stress fields, and then filled with the first layer of the reinforced material and after its curing the obtained composite structure is placed in the microwave electromagnetic field, the which delivered power does not cause heating of the composite material.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the efficiency of hardening the structural elements of various technical systems.
