FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely, to measurement of liquid sorbent carryover from glycol dehydrated absorbers and can be used in gas industry, aircraft engineering, fuel and energy and automotive industry (control of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines) and other industries dealing with gases containing aerosols in droplet liquid or solid state (for example, factory pipe smoke). Sensor of liquid sorbent carryover in aerosol form from natural gas glycol dehydration apparatus, consisting of intake device and a filter-cartridge with a filtering element. Cartridge-filter includes a microwave generator which excites a microwave resonator, the frequency of which is fixed by a detector, the output signal of which is transmitted to the information processing unit to determine the amount of aerosol. Cylindrical microwave resonator excited at modes TMon1 (n = 1, 2, …), is equipped with heater for filtering element cleaning before new measurement, wherein filter element is arranged in central part of cylindrical microwave resonator.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of rapid (express) drop fluid drift meter, which enables to measure for several minutes at DEG concentrations of 1–10 g/thousand m3 with simultaneous increase in the sensitivity of the meter and the level of reliability of obtained measurement results.
