FIELD: gas-processing industry; methods of determination of the specific ablation of the absorbing agent at the dewatering of the natural or the accompanying gases and devices for their automatic realization.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the method of determination of the specific ablation of the absorbing agent at the dewatering of the natural or the accompanying gases. The method provides, that the analyzed gas coming out of the absorber line of the dried gas being under pressure is in succession throttled and bubbled through the liquid, in which the absorbing agent liquid and vapor phases are trapped but not dissolve. The absorbing agent from the bubbler flows down into the measuring tank. The liquid temperature in the bubbler measured in the process of the gas dewatering is kept equal to the dew-point temperature of the being analyzed gas. Measure the volume of the gas passed through the bubbler, the measuring tank filling-up time and determine specific ablation of the absorbing agent by the formula: where: Gs.a.- specific ablation of the absorbing agent (in terms of 100% concentration), g/thousands m3; V - the volume of the measuring tank, m3; ρ - density of the absorbing agent, g/m3,t - the tank filling-up time, seconds; Qg - the volume of the analyzed gas in the thousands of m3 passed through the bubbler for time t (in seconds); Ca -concentration of the absorbing agent fed in the absorber (in the relative units). The device includes the line of the analyzed gas, which contains in series mounted a gas reducer, a bubbler, a gasometer and the adjustable gate. The device is additionally supplied with Rank's vortex tube, the cold gas line, the measuring tank, the controller and the display for indication of information on the specific ablation of the absorbing agent. On the measuring tank there is the mounted absorbing agent level sensor. The input line of the measuring tank is connected to the bottom of the bubbler, and on the output line of the measuring tank there is the multipurpose valve mounted. The bubbler is supplied with the heat exchanger connected by the cold gas line to Rank's vortex tube, and to the temperature sensor. On the by-pass line of the cold gas there is the control valve mounted. The absorbing agent level sensor, the temperature sensor and the gasometer are connected to the inputs of the control unit (controller). The multipurpose valve, the control valve and the display unit indicating the information on the specific ablation of the absorbing agent are connected to the outputs of the control unit. The invention ensures the operative control over the specific ablation of the absorbing agent and to decrease the labor inputs for the control realization.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the operative control over the specific ablation of the absorbing agent and to decrease the labor inputs for the control realization.
