SUBSTANCE: first invention is a method for preparing a rapidly dissolving sublingual tablet comprising a homogeneous mixture comprising a flavoring agent, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid and a pharmaceutically active component, and pressing of mixture with formation of sublingual tablets, where tablets have concavity, by means of which possibility of saliva filling is provided to accelerate dissolution, and tablets have a fast onset of action: not later than 3 minutes after sublingual introduction. Second invention of the group represents a sublingual tablet produced by the specified method.
EFFECT: sublingual delivery systems improve the absorption profiles and the onset of action of the active substances, as well as providing improved bioavailability and pharmacokinetics as compared to the expected characteristics.
