Bucket for ground or loading and unloading machine comprises bottom, a side wall and at least one wear component which is detachably attached to the bottom and to the side wall by means of at least one mechanical fastening element. Bottom and side wall are connected to each other with possibility of disconnection through at least one wear component with provision of replaceable angular edge of bucket along at least part of bottom and side wall. Method comprises stages of connection of bottom and side wall with each other with possibility of disconnection by means of at least one worn component with provision of formation of angular edge of bucket along at least part of bottom and side wall.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of bottom and bucket side wall connection.
