FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: engine can be used in automobile, railway, air, river transport, at production, as hybrid power plants, which combine internal combustion engine and electric motor, which can work both simultaneously and separately. In the claimed engine there is a possibility of simultaneous control of the gas compression degree in all cylinders by insignificant lowering or lifting of the support bearing, which can be made, for example, when turning on the thread of the control washer, in the presence of an auxiliary drive of rotation of which adjustment is possible on the operating engine, for example, to facilitate start of engine at lower compression degree and its further increase to maximum effective value for certain engine operating mode.
EFFECT: technical result of using disclosed invention consists in elimination of side force of action of piston on wall of cylinder; possibility of increasing engine power due to controlled compression ratio of gas in combustion chamber and more complete combustion of gas mixture; in simpler design of device than similar engine; elimination of pulsating torque of switched reluctance motor, increased power range of the switched reluctance motor due to arrangement of windings of electric wires not only on the stator, but also on the rotor without using the sliding collector-brush contact from the power supply to the windings of the rotor.
