FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: motor vessel contains a stator core with a yoke 2 and salient-pole teeth 3 with excitation coils 4 on them. In its central part there are through holes 5 drilled as symmetrical to each other via a vessel 1 and a yoke 2 between teeth 3 and pole coils 4 for supply of cooling outboard sea water for their cooling. On the shaft 6 there is a packet 7 of a rotor, with salient-pole teeth 8 without windings. In the space between adjacent teeth 8 of the rotor there are high-strength monolithic wedges 9 pressed under locks and made of glass-cloth laminate or similar material to give smooth cylindrical shape to the rotor. On the outer surface of each wedge there are two inclined grooves 10 with depth and width of 3-5 mm and any configuration, stretching via the entire length with a slant in half of the wedge arc length. To balance the rotor, there are concentric balancing through holes 12, drilled one by one on the periphery of each tooth, and a row of holes 13 near the shaft of protective end discs 11. Screws of stainless steel with a flat head are screwed into working selective balancing holes. Free holes are plugged with a material of density fully corresponding to density of sea water.
EFFECT: improved cooling of inner parts and vibroacoustic characteristics.
