SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to rigid plastic inner container (12) of thermoplastic plastic for pallet container (10) or similar having large volume of reservoir for storage and transportation of liquid or fluid loading materials, containing flexible insert (28) made of thin-walled plastic or composite film inserted into rigid plastic inner reservoir (12). Thin-wall flexible insert (28) has, for filling and unloading from the bottom side, at least one loading and unloading branch pipe (42) located on the side of the bottom, which on the front side is rigidly welded into the loading and unloading branch (32) of the rigid plastic inner reservoir (12), which is located on the side of the bottom. For filling from bottom and unloading of loaded material from bottom side, rigid plastic inner reservoir (12) and thin-walled insert (28) can each be equipped with an upper loading branch pipe, wherein upper filling pipe (44) of thin-walled insert (28) is also rigidly welded into loading pipe (30) of rigid plastic inner reservoir (12). Thin-walled insert (28) inserted into rigid plastic inner reservoir (12) is adjoined in the mounted final state by evacuation along the entire surface to the internal surface of the rigid plastic inner reservoir, and sticks in empty unfilled, as well as in filled state rigid plastic inner container (12) as fixed to immovable to inner surface, in particular, also to upper part of inner reservoir.

EFFECT: technical result is prevention with high reliability of insert folds formation inside rigid inner reservoir during installation, as well as during filling under pressure with liquid loaded material and during unloading of loaded material.
