FIELD: packaging, transportation and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to box trays for plastic containers intended for storage and transportation of combustible and highly flammable liquids. Disclosed is a tray box for storage and transportation, particularly combustible or highly flammable liquid feed materials, comprising a thin-wall rigid inner reservoir of thermoplastic plastic, which has a top inlet pipe closed by means of a screw cap and optionally located in the bottom zone on the front side of the outlet branch pipe, optionally with installed outlet fittings. As the support casing the plastic inner reservoir tightly surrounds the tubular mesh frame (12) and lower tray (14), on which plastic reservoir is lying and with which tubular grate frame (12) is rigidly connected, wherein the plastic inner reservoir is surrounded on all sides by a fire-retardant insulating mat (20), which is located directly between the tubular meshed frame (12) and the plastic inner reservoir. Fire-resistant insulating mat (20) is double-layered and has an inner layer of heat-resistant non-woven fabric and outer heat-resistant textile fabric layer.
EFFECT: technical result is provision of simple but reliable protection of heat-sensitive inner reservoir from thermoplastic plastic on each side from direct exposure to flame.
