SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling plants. Thermoelectric cooler (10) of Peltier type comprises hot surface (10H) and cold surface (10C). Radiator is thermally connected to hot surface. First and second heat conducting panels (21, 22) comprise contact part (21C, 22C), in thermal contact with first and second corresponding parts of cold surface (10C) along first and second contact areas Al, A2. Contact parts of the first and the second heat conducting panels are pressed to the first and second contact pressure P1, P2 corresponding to the first and second parts of the cold surface respectively. Control means for adjusting the average temperature of the heat conducting panel comprises area adjustment means (20A) for changing first and second contact areas A1, and/or pressure means (20P) for controlling first or second contact pressure P1, P2. First heat conducting panel (21) comprises a part in form of a part of a cylinder forming a saddle support for accommodating a first container comprising a liquid dispensed at a first temperature T1, which is lower than ambient temperature.

EFFECT: technical result is to increase the area of thermal interaction between heat-conducting panel and cooled object.
