SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a dispensing device comprising a dispensing column (1) having an elongated portion attached and extending substantially perpendicular to the top surface (11a) of the upper plate (11) provided with a through opening; and forming a bending on the column top part. The column includes an elongated internal channel (2) bringing the support plate opening into liquid connexion with the outlet shut-off valve (3a, 3b) arranged in the dispensing head (3) located at or near the bending on the opposite upper end of the dispensing column, and the opening into the environment, facing the support plate (11). The outlet shut-off valve comprises the first and the second clamping elements (3a, 3b), suitable for accommodating, with the possibility of compression, the flexible portion of the output end (4a) of said dispensing line and the flow control of the fluid passing through it. The column (1) comprises means (1b) for opening the channel (2) portion containing the shut-off valve, so that the first and the second clamping elements (3a, 3b) can be spaced apart by a distance which is substantially greater than the distance corresponding to the open position (d1).

EFFECT: invention allows to dispense drinks.
