FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for estimating the state of spring suspension of rolling stock bogies. Essence of invention consists in the fact that contact interaction of wheels of bogies with measuring section of rail track by running of rolling stock along measuring section, recording signals from resistive strain gauges installed in zones of rail neck, measuring device and processing of said signals, at that performing rolling stock rolling along section of artificial track irregularity for initiation of cars oscillations on spring suspension, wherein section of artificial irregularities is located on rail track before measuring section, or partially or completely combined with measuring section, and state of spring suspension of bogies is evaluated by value of running dynamic load acting on rail track from trolley, determined by certain mathematical expression, and in case of overhang dynamic load exceeding there is fixed overload of car or spring bogie suspension defect.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling detection of defects of spring suspension of cars on rolling stock running in conditions of oscillations of spring suspensions.
