SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Method consists in the fact that the patients with the metabolic syndrome accompanying the continuous drug therapy as a part of the drug-free treatment course, first for 12 days, daily corporal acupuncture with standard steel needles in form of 40 min exposure to all the mandatory points: T14 (Dazhui), T20 (Bai-hui), RP6 (San Yin Jiao), VI7 (Ge Shu), V20 (Pi Shu), V21 (Wei-shu), V22 (San Jiao Shu), E9 (Zheng Ying), E19 (Burong), E38 (Tiaokou), VB20 (Feng Chi), VB21 (Jian Jing), VB41 (Zulinqi), IG14 (Jin-nai-shu), GI15 (Jian Yu), TR5 (Wei Guan), MC7 (Da Ling), J21 (Xuan Ji), F2 (Xing Jian), F14 (Qimen), - and on painful palpation points selected from: VB12 (Wan-gu), C7 (Shen-men), RP5 (Shangqiu), GI10 (Shou San Li), V24 (Qi Hai Shu), R3 (Tai Xi), C6 (Yin Xi), V64 (Jing Gu), E41 (Jie Xi), - in a combination with daily procedures of phonophoresis with Tinakskaya therapeutic mud of Lechebnoe lake of Astrakhan region on an anterior abdominal wall and anterolateral hip surfaces, and then for following 18 days, auricular needle reflex therapy with a microneedle is performed, affecting each of the points: 18, 19, 28, 34, 96 and 97, - and during the whole therapeutic course one uses drinking of Smirnovskaya mineral water consumed up to 1000 ml day 1 hour before meals after its heating up to 50–60 °C in a corked bottle, wherein the non-drug treatment courses are repeated 3 times a year with three-month intervals between courses.

EFFECT: technical result of the declared invention consists in stable elimination or reduction of manifestations of metabolic syndrome with provision of accessibility and possibility of wide use of complex application of drug-induced therapy and drug-free treatment.
