FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to restorative medicine, neurology, reflexotherapy, can be used in healthcare facilities. For treating patients with cervical and/or lumbar spine dorsopathy, the method comprises reflex-drug exposing biologically active points (BAPs): Zu San Li E36, He Gu GI 4 and da chzhuy T14 and additionally in the BAPs, corresponding to the affected spinal motion segments. Injection needles are being installed in the BAPs and pharmacopuncture is being performed. Then, in the same BAP acupuncture needles are being installed, the exposure time of the needles is 20-30 minutes. BAPs are being exposed every second day; the therapeutic course comprises 10-20 procedures. In the presence of reflex syndrome accompanying cervical spine injury, the method comprising exposing, as additional BATs, points from the group: V10 - Tian Zhu, VB 21 Jian czin, GI 11 and GI 15. In the presence of reflex syndrome accompanying lumbar spine injury, the method comprising exposing, as additional BATs, points from the group: V21 Vej-shu, V22 San jiao shu, V23 Shen shu, V24 Qi hai shu, V25 Da tub shu, V26 Guan yuan shu, V36 Cheng fu, V40 Wei zhong and V60 Kun lun. In the presence of compression syndrome of the root accompanying cervical spine injury, besides the points specific for the reflex syndrome, 9 - Ba ce points are being additionally exposed, and in the presence of compression syndrome of the root accompanying lumbar spine injury - 10 - Ba feng points.

EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of diseases of this group with reduction of clinical symptoms, reducing the treatment period, increasing the remission period, improvement of mental status, delaying disease progression.
