FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to methods of osteosynthesis in deformations of forearm bones. Method comprises: fixing bone fragments of deformed forearm in supporting rings of transosseous apparatus by means of Schanz rods and spokes; connection of support rings between themselves by telescopic posts of Ortho-SU device by means of connection plates; osteotomy of deformed bone; correction of deformation by changing lengths of telescopic posts by calculations made in computer program. Before carrying out X-ray patterns, support rings are connected by threaded rods of Ilizarov apparatus. Ortho-CVS telescopic posts are detached from support rings at their connection to planks. Length of telescopic posts is maintained unchanged. X-ray positive markers are fixed to planks in position of telescopic posts. After X-ray patterns, X-ray positive markers are used to navigate transosseous apparatus in calculating deformation correction in a computer program. After calculation of deformation correction, markers are dismantled, and telescopic posts of Ortho-CV apparatus are fixed to planks in initial position. After correction of deformation, support rings are interconnected by hinged joints from parts of Ilizarov apparatus, and telescopic posts of Orto-CV apparatus are dismantled.

EFFECT: achieving maximum accuracy of forearm deformation correction with preservation of minimum dimensions of external structure of transosseous apparatus during fixation period.
