SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diving equipment. Portable device comprises float to support device on water surface, air reservoir for accumulation of compressed air, outlet of which is connected to hose for air supply to swimmer, waterproof air compressor with drive motor for immersion into water, which output is connected to air tank inlet, air intake pipe for air suction above water level, connected to air compressor inlet, waterproof housing. Housing comprises at least one storage battery, control equipment of drive motor of air compressor. Air tank and waterproof case are elongated. End part of drive motor of air compressor is connected to end face of waterproof housing. Housing and drive motor are located under air reservoir and attached to its lower part. Float is made in the form of inflatable cylinder having through hole passing along its axial line to accommodate air intake tube. Air intake tube is made flexible and is attached to the float.

EFFECT: technical result is compactness and reduced weight of device, low resistance to movement in water.
