SUBSTANCE: invention relates to two versions of method for 1,3-butadiene extraction distillation. One of the versions of the method includes: (a) providing a distillation column, which comprises a longitudinal wall dividing the distillation column into a first region, a second region and a combined lower region, a first capacitor connected to the first region, a second capacitor, attached to second area, and reboiler connected to combined bottom area; (b) feeding a stream of C4-hydrocarbons containing one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of C4-alkanes, C4-alkenes, C4-alkadienes, C4-alkynes and combinations thereof, into the first region of the distillation column, wherein (i) the stream of C4 hydrocarbons is divided into two or more streams, and two or more streams are introduced into the first region in a plurality of points; or (ii) the stream of C4-hydrocarbons contains at least one compound selected from a group consisting of 1,3-butadiene, butane, isobutane, 1-butene, trans-2-butene, cis-2-butene, isobutene, 1,2-butadiene, vinyl acetylene, ethylacetylene and combinations thereof; (c) introducing a first solvent into a first region of the distillation column; (d) removing first stream from first region of distillation column; (e) introducing a second solvent into a second region of the distillation column; (f) removing second stream from second region of distillation column, wherein second stream comprises 1,3-butadiene, and where second flow is removed from upper part of second area; and (g) removing the third stream from the combined bottom region of the distillation column; and (h) adding a polymerisation inhibitor to at least one of the first region, the second region and the combined bottom region of the distillation column.
EFFECT: disclosed methods are alternative methods of producing 1,3-butadiene.
