FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and represents a microgranule for the preparation of a pesticide or agrochemical based on natural porous material containing live microorganisms and/or their spores, fungi and/or their spores as an active substance, wherein the natural porous material is perlite sand, diatomite (infusorial flour) or schungisite, and the microgranule size is from 1 to 40 mcm, preferably about 20 mcm; application of microgranules as per cl. 1–4 for preparation of pesticide or agrochemical and method of protection of plants or seeds from diseases and pests, including application of microgranules according to cl. 1–4, by spraying with a solution which contains pre-diluted microgranules in the working solution.
EFFECT: present invention increases viability of microorganisms, which are an active substance in pesticides, as well as agrochemicals, by placing said microorganisms in protective microgranules made from readily available construction materials.
