FIELD: package and storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transportation of grapes, production and storage of wines. Plant from food stainless steel for transportation of grapes, production and storage of wines contains cylindrical vertical container with ball valve fixed on outer cylindrical part of container, protective cover with flanging and hole in centre, floating cover and sieve with grip inside cylindrical vertical container. On outer side of lifted edges of shell of floating cover along entire circumference there is a flexible collar of any food elastic material at an angle allowing floating cover to move freely along vertical with tight fit of collar to inner cylindrical part of container, and simultaneously passing gases from under floating cover, do not let air pass under it. During fermentation and storage of wines, a string or any flexible fixture (cord, rope, wire) is tied to the loops of the floating cover for easy removal of the floating cover from the container.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of design, reduction of prime cost and expansion of possibilities for its application.
