FIELD: communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a communication device. Device comprises receiver, capable of receiving a control signal from a base station in a first set of control resources and a second set of control resources, a transmitter capable of transmitting control signals and data, and a circuit which, during operation, controls: a transmitter for transmitting a random access message associated with a first set of control resources and transmitting a communication capability indication; receiver for controlling control resources in a first set of control resources after transmitting a random access message and to receive configuration indication of second set of control resources in first set of control resources; receiver for control of control resources in the first set of control resources and/or in the second set of control resources after reception of configuration of the second set of control resources.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing an efficient set of control resources.
