FIELD: pumps building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a high-pressure pumping unit. Proposed unit comprises pump unit consisting of electric motor 14 and pump 12 arranged in inner cavity of sealed housing 13, sealed lubrication tank connected in series to lubricant feed circuit. Pump 12 is connected to electric motor 14 via magnetic coupling including inner and outer half-couplings 15 and 16 with permanent magnets of rare-earth metals arranged in casing, installed, respectively, to driving shafts of pump 12 and electric motor 14, and protective screen 17, insulating inner cavity of pump housing 12 from electric motor 14. Housing 13 is provided with supply of cooling gas to magnetic coupling, connected through labyrinth seal and holes in housing 13 and half-coupling 15 with inner cavity of housing 13, interconnected with gas tank of lubricant tank through line of cooling gas discharge. Constant pressure in the lubricant tank is maintained along the breathing line communicated with the consumer gas outlet pressure.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving operating reliability.
