FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in transmitting devices of radioelectronic systems and means emitting ultra-wideband (UWB) short-pulse signals. Device comprising load oscillatory circuit consisting of capacitor (6) and inductance coil (7) with active resistance (8), series-connected first (1) and second (2) switches, as well as third switch (3), series-connected clock pulse generator (CPG) (5) and processing and control unit (PCU) (4), wherein the loading oscillating circuit is the transmitting antenna of the proposed device. Inductance of the inductance beyond the antenna aperture is provided, and at the beginning of radiation of the current pulse, the first and second switches are open (closed), and the third switch is closed (open).
EFFECT: technical result is higher spectral and power characteristics of UWB signals, reduced probability of occurrence of intersymbol interference.
