FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in agricultural production for cleaning grain materials from light impurities. Grain cleaner pneumatic system comprises air-separation channels of pre-screen and after-screen separation with cleaned material inlet devices and air discharge channels equipped with throttle valves, radial fan, inlet opening of which is communicated with air discharge channels by means of suction chamber, and outlet branch pipe – by means of air duct with cyclone, also contains initial material loading device and cleaned grain and waste products discharge device. Pneumatic separating channel of after-screen separation from its discharge side is equipped with expansion chamber with rotary cover and fodder grain withdrawal device, wherein rotary cover is hingedly mounted on wall edge of expansion chamber and, in closed position, is both an inner wall of the outlet.

EFFECT: efficient operation in modes of preliminary and primary cleaning at allowable losses of high-grade grain into wastes.
