FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain cleaning machines and can be used in agriculture, at mills and feed mill industry. Proposed machine comprises air-drive separation system mounted on the fame and comprising blower, ante-screen and post-screen aspiration with feeding devices, dust chambers with discharge devices, dust separator, adjusting shutters, and screen system consisting of upper station with one row of screens and lower stations with two rows of screens that incorporate scraper cleaners arranged below said screens. Discharge tray with rotary flap is arranged at the end of lower screen station. Pitched plate is mounted under third screen of upper screen station. Frame, open or closed by dead board, is arranged ahead of upper row of lower screen station. Post-screen aspiration channel wall that faces screen stations has top and bottom device to feed grain in said channel arranged one above the other. Two openings arranged over the entire width of said channel and at equal height for additional air intake into channel. Additional air volume is adjusted by flaps arranged on aforesaid openings. Pitched plate to receive grain fractions is arranged on top row of lower screen station, right behind said tray with rotary flap. Grain fractions - passage through third screen of top screen station and drop from top row of screens of lower screen station - are fed onto pitched plate of top row of lower screen station for them to be directed into upper grain feed device and, further on, into post-screen aspiration channel. Grain from bottom of lower screen station is fed into bottom device feeding grain into aforesaid channel and, thereafter, into post-aspiration channel.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning light fractions, reduced loss of full-value grain in wastes.
