FIELD: containing fluid.
SUBSTANCE: essence of invention consists in the fact that device comprises valve element, made with possibility to move at least from open position, in which said valve element provides access to inner cavity of bag, and from closed position, in which said valve element prevents access to said inner cavity of bag, wherein the valve member comprises a fixed portion and a central member which is mounted inside the fixed portion when the valve is in said closed position to close the channel, a movable part comprising an annular member and a central member detachably connected to the annular member and the central member is connected to the annular member by breakable connecting elements, so that to achieve closed position central element is disconnected from annular element and rose for hermetic interaction with channel of fixed part, wherein the valve member is located at the bag bottom edge.
EFFECT: possibility of filling the bag in a rarefied medium and preserving the substance contained in the bag, maximum isolated from the environment, for maximum protection of the substance.
