SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to improvement of sealing and connection between valve cuff and container for dispensing fluid medium stored under pressure, as well as to method of assembly of such dispensing system for dispensing of fluid medium stored under pressure. Fluid dispensing system comprises a container for storing fluid medium under pressure, the container comprising a neck forming an opening, a valve and a valve collar configured to support the valve and close the container opening. Besides, the adjacent sections of the valve collar and the neck consist of plastic materials. At that said plastic materials are welded together to form molten weld by laser welding thus sealing the container. Valve cuff is installed with engagement in container neck with contact between said plastic materials of valve cuff and neck around all periphery of that part of valve cuff that is inserted into neck. Valve cuff comprises an inner part, which is located in container opening, wherein outer diameter of valve cuff inner part before pressing valve cuff into container orifice exceeds that of said hole by 0.05 mm and 0.15 mm inclusive to provide said installation with engagement. Group of inventions also relates to a method of assembling a dispensing system for dispensing fluid stored under pressure, the method including steps of providing a valve collar with at least a peripheral portion, which consists of plastic material, wherein the valve collar includes a valve. Container is provided, wherein the container is suitable for storage of fluid medium under pressure and contains a neck which consists of plastic material and which forms an opening. Valve collar is placed in the container opening. Inner volume of container is filled and valve collar is pressed into container neck. All said plastic materials are fused with valve collar and neck to form molten weld seam by laser welding thus sealing the container. At the same time valve cuff is pressed into container neck with force from 343 to 442 N. Valve cuff comprises inner part, which is located in container opening, and at that, external diameter of said inner part before pressing of valve cuff into container opening is more than internal diameter of the above hole on from 0.05 mm and 0.15 mm inclusive to provide an assembly with an engagement between the valve cuff and the container neck.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creation of a dispensing system characterized by sufficient sealing characteristics at temperatures higher than 50 °C, which enables to make a container and a valve collar from plastic materials in order to take advantage of significant advantages of these materials.
