SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Applicator comprises a fabric base with an active substance applied thereon for exposing the skin of the patient, placed in a moisture-proof non-closed shell, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the patient's body part. Applicator comprises a fixation device providing for attachment of edge sections of the open part of the membrane to the patient's body. Shell comprises an outer layer made of a material having a heat-reflecting surface which is arranged to reflect the heat emitted by the patient's body inside the shell, and an inner layer made from a polymer film having an air-bubble surface which is installed by the air-bubble surface inside.

EFFECT: invention provides improved health of the proposed applicator.
