FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cargo-passenger vehicle seat and to a cargo-passenger vehicle containing such a seat. Passenger-cargo vehicle seat comprises a seat base, a seat element comprising a seating surface and a first surface for stepping on, a backrest comprising a seatback surface and a second stepping on surface. First turning mechanism for rotation of seat element is made so that seat element can be turned from position in form of seat, in which the first stepping on surface faces the seat base in a position in the form of a first step, in which the first surface for stepping on faces the seat base. Second turning mechanism for turning back is made so that back can be turned from position in form of seat, in which the seat backrest surface is located vertically relative to the seat base, into a position in the form of a second step, in which the second stepping on surface is parallel to the first surface for stepping on.
EFFECT: higher convenience of vehicle operation.
