SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of holder of electronic device for headrest. Holder comprises fastening sleeve, hinged joint, mounting surface. Fastening sleeve comprises a fastening part with mounting holes connected to support posts of the headrest by means of fixing mechanisms comprising a releasing member configured to release the fixing mechanisms from the support supports of the headrest, providing downward movement of the electronic device holder along the headrest support posts when the force is applied to the electronic device holder occupying the person in the vehicle at the impact event. Hinged joint is attached to fastening sleeve. Mounting surface is configured to receive the electronic device and is connected to the hinge assembly for pivoting movement therewith, wherein the hinge assembly comprises an upwardly directed rotary limiter such that the mounting surface is limited by the inclination of the rotation by not more than thirty degrees from the vertical.

EFFECT: providing an electronic device holder configured to soften the impact between the retainer and the occupant of the vehicle in the impact event.
