Disclosed is a method of exchanging information, comprising steps of: in response to determining that the installation of the logistics terminal cabinet is completed, using the logistic terminal cabinet for transmitting the geographical coordinates information and the logistics terminal cabinet number to the basic server; using a basic server for generating a logistic terminal cabinet identifier according to geographical coordinates information and a cabinet number, which are transmitted by the logistics terminal cabinet, and installing cluster of cabinets according to geographical coordinates of logistic terminal cabinet, wherein cluster of cabinets comprises at least one cabinet of logistics terminal; in case of receiving or sending a parcel, a logistic terminal cabinet is used to load information about the user receiving or sending the package to the basic server, and using a base server to search for a cluster of cabinets, comprising a logistic terminal cabinet, corresponding to user information, according to a logistic terminal cabinet identifier, loading user information; and using a basic server for establishing a user community according to a cluster of cabinets, comprising a logistic terminal cabinet, corresponding to user information, to exchange social information between community users and a cluster of cabinets, between community users and between community users and a basic server.
